Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before participating in TrailersPlus' Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and have purchased a new trailer from TrailersPlus. Customers in Ohio and Virginia as well as employees of Interstate Group LLC dba TrailersPlus are not eligible to participate.

2. How the Program Works

After purchasing a new trailer from TrailersPlus, eligible customers will receive a referral code via email or text message. Participants can share this code with their family, friends, or followers. When a customer uses the code to purchase a new trailer from any TrailersPlus location outside of Ohio or Virginia, the referrer will receive a link to a third-party gift card provider in an amount less than $100 and the referee will receive a discount on parts or the purchase of a new trailer in an amount disclosed in the offer. The code can be used an unlimited number of times.

3. Reward Fulfillment

Gift card rewards will be fulfilled through a third-party provider, including Tango Card or similar companies. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your name and email may be shared with Tango for reward delivery purposes.
• You may receive communications from Tango Card or a similar company regarding your reward.
• Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing merchant.

TrailersPlus is not responsible for lost, expired, deleted, or unclaimed gift cards, or any issues related to third-party redemption.

4. Disclosure Requirement

In accordance with FTC guidelines, participants must clearly disclose that they may receive a reward for referring others.

5. Program Changes and Termination

TrailersPlus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Rewards earned prior to modification or termination will be honored at our discretion / the discretion of third-party rewards providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrailersPlus and its affiliates and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Program, including issues with reward delivery or redemption.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho. All disputes are subject to dispute resolution administered by the American Arbitration Association pursuant to the terms on the invoice for the trailer purchase that led to participation in the Program.
